Customer Service Manager - Brussels

The Customer Services Manager (CSM) has overall responsibility for the general running of their centre and their team. They will need to develop plans for the centre that align the best possible customer service solutions for their clients.

Your responsibilities will include: 

- Managing the day to day delivery of great customer service.
- Coaching and developing the team.
- Scheduling your team and their workflow to ensure efficient and timely delivery of a great customer experience.
- Working closely with the Regional Director to ensure that the company deliver a great customer experience across all touch points.
- Constantly improving the business processes and metrics.

To be a successful Customer Services Manager in this role you will have the following skills and experience: 

- Fantastic relationship and people skills with a good analytical ability.
- Able to set a clear direction for the function of their team, that aligns with the business goals.
- Be passionate about your customers.
- A great communicator, both externally and internally.
- Experience in a fast growing, service focussed customer service team
- Team leadership experience.
- Demonstrable examples of how you’ve delivered great customer service.
- Great MS Office skills.
- Ideally Multilingual (French, Dutch and English)

Regional Sales MANAGER - BRUSSELS

The Regional Sales Manager has overall responsibility for selling Orega products/services by maintaining and expanding the customer base and maintaining relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:  

- Implement the regional sales strategy and plans set within agreed timescales to achieve license, occupancy, renewals and services income for each Centre under your control.   
- Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for Centres in your region.
- Increase sales, reaching the targets set for your region, expanding your customer base and compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Identify and close new business and expand the customer base, building and maintaining rapport with current key customers in partnership with the CSMs. 
- Meets regional sales financial targets by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

Experience ideally required:

- Graduate standard preferred 
- 4-5 years experience of consistently meeting sales goals
- 4+ years experience in a professional services organisation building internal and external relationships 
- Experience with B2B and client facing.
- 3-5 years proven results of sales planning 
- Proven negotiation skills with eye on delivering profits, revenue and margin
- Experience of budgeting P+L delivering yield and forecasting accurately is essential
- Record of territory management and managing multiple sites proactively is essential
- Positive and motivational management and customer relationship style 
- Demonstrable expertise in closing deals and keeping clients
- Commercial decision making/communication and presentation skills
- Excellent influencing skills and negotiation skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to successfully engage with and influence senior management (internally/externally)  
- Ideally Multilingual (French, Dutch and English)
