Serviced office provider Orega has launched a new corporate website that sets out its vision to become a bigger player while continuing to focus on high-quality and well-conceived business centres.
The new website reflects Orega’s shift from a regional to national business. Its aim is to increase from five locations in the South East currently to 20 business centres in strategic markets across the UK by December 2011. It is also seeking to establish future relationships and opportunities that will enable it to replicate the success of the brand, both nationally and internationally, over the next three years.
Much of the information on the corporate website is targeted at potential business partners with whom Orega is seeking to enter joint venture agreements for new locations. However, the company also has new stand-alone websites for each of its business centres at Staines, Slough, Chertsey,Wandsworth and Gatwick, which are focused on the consumer/occupier. There are direct links to these centre-specific websites from the corporate one.
Designed by Austin Marketing, all six new websites have a distinct, fresh and cohesive brand identity that aims to set Orega apart from its competitors. David Austin of Austin Marketing comments: "Our intention is to convey the Orega brand and service ethics through the juxtaposition of lively commentary and images, rather than simply presenting an office product. The accent is on providing flexible and stylish offices that will ensure every aspect of our clients' time working in them is both productive and enjoyable."
Orega’s new corporate image is replicated throughout its stable of marketing products, including its centre-specific brochures, direct mail and signage, to ensure consistency of the brand.
