South-east based serviced office company Orega have agreed to lease 17,000 sq ft at Manchester’s Three Piccadilly Place office development. The scheme is owned by commercial property company Argent. Orega will manage serviced offices on floor 11 of the building, based over 12,600 square feet. As well as this, there will be meeting facilities on the ground floor.

Paul Finch, who is the MD at Orega, praised the location of the centre and said it gave the company an important presence in one of the most important office markets in the UK. Mark Harris, director of The Carlyle Group, who put up the money for the scheme was also complimentary about the building. He said.."with its unrivaled transport connections and, now with Orega providing serviced offices, the scheme can offer occupiers the ultimate in accessibility and flexibility."

The Insolvency Service and legal company Weightmans are just two of the tenants who are currenting renting office space there.
