Orega are starting their launch into the Belgian capital with the opening of 25,000sq.ft. of serviced office space in Sablon Tower. The Skyscraper is situated in the beautiful historic quarter of Brussels near a range of great public transport links. The Gare Centrale (Central Station) is 5 minutes walk away and plenty of bus routes are accessible from right outside the building. The Sablon area hosts an abundance of independent restaurants, bars and boutique shopping and within a short walk is the famous Grand Place offering even more variety. Sablon Tower facilities include an occupants only gym with quality equipment, showers, lockers and changing rooms and a dance/pilates centre. Over the next few months, Orega are transforming four floors in Sablon Tower into corporate standard serviced office space.
